50 an hour Brad Deery Motors has an immediate opening for a full time BDC Internet Sales Consultant in Maquoketa, IA.
This position is NOT Remote; you will be required to be at the dealership each day for your assigned work hours.
You will create/schedule/confirm appointments; make outbound calls to generate business for the dealership and follow-up with prospective customers.
You will primarily make outbound calls/text/emails to current, previous, and prospective customers, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Full training available.
Great opportunity! Compensation Starting pay is $15 per hour.
We conduct monthly performance reviews to go over your numbers and adjust hourly rate based on performance and attendance.
If you exceed minimum expectations you will make more per hour.
You also receive bonus pay for every appointment you schedule that shows up and an additional bonus for every vehicle sale from those appointments.
Responsibilities Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects whether by phone, by e-mail, by text, by video, or in person.
Assists customers in scheduling a visit to the dealership and greets them when they arrive.
Confirms customer appointments and follows up afterwards.
Make a minimum of 50 calls, text, and emails in an 8-hour shift.
Make at least one video per week for social media, and multiple personalized videos for customers.
Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.
Update/ document client information in our CRM daily Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
Keep knowledgeable of new vehicles, features, accessories, etc.
and their benefits to customers.
Attends product and sales training as requested by manager.
Follows scripts and instructions from a supervisor.
Weekly Schedule You will have a 5-day, 40 hour work week.
This includes two days working 8am to 5pm, two days working 11am to 8pm , Saturday 8am to 5pm, and one day off during the week.
