com About Us Careers Apply Now POSITION SUMMARYThis position will champion the relationship between IT and the bank business units.
This analyst will be responsible for understanding the various business processes and IT so that they may assist in utilizing technology to enhance these processes.
You will develop implementation plans, testing scripts and acceptance criteria for the IT/technical components of projects.
This position requires an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
This position will also act as the backup to the Support Desk Analyst.
This position will support the mobile device management of corporate owned devices.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Chief Technology Officer.
Works closely with CTO, IT team, departments, and employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIESEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Collaborate with bank business units to understand how tech is being/can be used to provide efficiencies in their daily operations.
IT representative in business application meetings/initiatives (FIS, Q2, etc) Create test scripts, and acceptance criteria for new technology installs and disaster readiness testing.
Primary lead for training (business processes, technology usage, security awareness) Lead on Mobile Device Management (Physical inventory, Policy Management, end user contact for new rollouts and training on mobile device usage) Train stakeholders on new functionality Backup to Support Desk Analyst Diagnose, Troubleshoot and Resolve issues with PC's and software.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Working knowledge of host applications used by bank business units.
Provide business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation support as it relates to technology.
Translate business process needs into technical requirements, and provide change management and training support.
The ability to communicate organizational and strategic planning for both technical and functional environments.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Analytical skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level technical issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAssociate of Arts or Associate of Science degree in a computer related field; two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A plus, experience using bank-based host applications.
